HiRento is an All-in-One Wedding solution platform that connects people with wedding related company. It enables users to communicate with the hosts and customize their wedding package. Personalizing wedding experience has become possible with HiRento.

We are a team of entrepreneurs who are passionate about solve the wedding preparation headache. Founders of HiRento had issues with planning for their wedding due to scattered information and reviews. Thus, HiRento is founded and based in Malaysia to serve its regional countries for solving problems in wedding planning.

Currently, HiRento focuses on South East Asia wedding market and looks for partners who are in this region to join us for this exciting wedding movement.

We are welcoming you to become our users or partners who can contribute to the wedding community through providing your services or sharing experiences on our platform. Such as you can be a driver or provide homestay to help solve our users wedding guests transportation and accommodation issues.

HiRento allows you to look for the best wedding services that suit you the best. We gather all wedding photographers, Cinematographer, Decorist, Makeup Artist, Wedding Restaurant, and Live Band. This is ease for you to plan your wedding. Our review and ranking system let you to compare and find the most suitable wedding package.

Yes you may. The booked reservation can be cancelled qithin 48hours after booking in order to receive full refund. You cannot cancel the booking after 48hours or during the booked  day, you will not receive any refund. You may contact support@hirento.com for more information.

 

Customers cancellation

For accepted reservations, the cancellation policy is in your itinerary. Customers who cancel their reservation are refunded according to below:

  • The HiRento service fee is non-refundable.

  • A guest can receive a full refund of the booking fees if they cancel the booking at least 48 hours after booking. However, a guest will only receive a 50% refund of the booking fees if the cancellation is made at least 7 days prior to the check-in time for the booking. If this is not done then no refund will be given at all. Finally, there is no refund given all at if a guest decides to cancel after check-in.

  • If there is a complaint from either party, notice must be given to HiRento within 24 hours of arrival.

  • HiRento will mediate when necessary, and has the final say in all disputes.

  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the customers clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.

  • Cancellation policies may be superseded by the Customers Refund Policy, safety cancellations, or extenuating circumstances. Please review these exceptions.

  • Applicable taxes will be retained and remitted.

Host cancellation

If Host need to cancel a reservation, Customers can choose to rebook with another Host or to be fully refunded.

Because cancellations can have serious implications on a Customers's trip, there are penalties that will be applied for Tour Guide cancellations.

  1. How do the cancellation penalties work?

Because cancellations can have serious implications on a customers's trip, there are penalties that will be applied for tour guide cancellations.

A cancellation fee.

If you cancel any reservation within 7 days of check-in, you'll be charged a USD$100 fee. Additionally, if you cancel more than one reservation within a six-month period, you'll be charged $50 per cancellation.

We'll automatically deduct any applicable cancellation fees from your next payout.

We currently supports only VISA ,MASTER card, you may also able to use other payment method such as Stripe and Paypal. If problems persist, please contact us via support@hirento.com for help

If the booked hosts failed to make it on tour day, contact us immediately so that we can assist you to find another replacement. Also, we will verify and proceed with full refund if the replacement was not arranged. In the mean time, we impose penalties against the respective host and lower his/her service quality and ranking on this platform. Rest assured, we take our services seriously, all hosts on this platform are verified and reliable.

Our platform attracts numerous of visitors each day. You’ll only pay a low cost service fee when you confirm customers request. We let you to communicate with customers at ease and so you can serve them closely. Do not worry about customers not showing up, payment is locked down when booked! Most importantly, extra income starts from listing your services here.

As long as you have the passion to help in people wedding and provide quality service to them, we encourage you to sign up! In addition, we prefer you to own a special or professional skill related to wedding. This provides a high quality service experience to our customers in long run.

You can submit your application on our platform once you have created your services. Our team will contact you for further information. It is important for us to screen check your services and make sure you are verified so that users can make reservation with peace of mind.
